Absolutely awful. I gave them my very expensive watch in order to change the battery. The guy fumbled about for a while and gave it back saying he didn't have the tools to change the battery. However, when he handed the watch back he had damaged the back of it where he had removed it. It was scratched and dented. When I complained about this he said he had to do it in order to open the watch! No apology for ruining the back part of the watch. When I complained to the owner I got the same response. I have never had a watch damaged like this when having the battery changed and had the man informed me he would have to dent it in order to open it I certainly would have taken it else where.

Get my dry cleaning from here all the time now, old owner was the worst new owner they do key cutting very nice guy he does all the repairs correctly and if there's mistakes he will correct them with no extra cost. Curtains, Suits and uniform anything you will need they will do. :)

I love it cause they have the best service before I didn't like because a Jewish guy used to I love the new person and cleaning I highly recommend it.

Well, they definitely could improve the quality of service they provide. As we all know the customer is always right! You should hope all of the customer service providers would follow that rule, but not at KWIK KLEEN Dry Cleaners. I had to bring the item to be fixed back to them 2 times and it still hasn't been fixed. Even after I specifically requested what needs to be done. There was a lot of trying to convince me that I am doing things wrong, that I don't understand and that I made a mistake. Well they were right, the only mistake I've made is choosing KWIK KLEEN Dry Cleaners. On top of everything not only they are not excepting their fault and making you look like a fool, they also have audacity to make it personal and tell you that you will never be happy in your life, with your partner or your family.
Experience I would never recommend to anyone. If you still choose to go there make sure you ask for the receipt!!!

I have been coming here for a couple years now. They are very nice, and considerate owners. Prices a reasonable and I never had any issues.

I took my duvet there for dry cleaning and they charged me £25 but not only did they not clean it but they even made it worse with huge stains all over and rims dirty and black. I went back to get it fixed but the guy rudely refused to accept any responsibility for the mess they made. If I could give them less stars I would...

We brought our duvet for cleaning and we got a duvet worser than before. We paid 25 for nothing. He said, because your duvet was too big and it couldn't spin enough. He could tell us before paying but did he?!
No, he got 25 and gave us a duvet with more stain.
