I visited the store this afternoon and was very disappointed with the customer service from staff I spoke with.
I went in for a pair of school shoes and found the range very limited with most sizes being unavailable.
When I did find a pair that would be suitable I found a young girl to ask for price and another size, I was dismissed and told to go to tills.
At the tills I was told that these "would be expensive" as they were branded. Now if I wanted to pay for a branded pair of shoes I would be.. I didn't need the staff to presume that it was unaffordable for me when I was making the price enquiry to start with!
The shoes were apparently a return. Again not bothered as these things happen and they were unworn with labels attached.
The shoes were swiftly removed from me and I was told they were unable to sell them. As there was no barcode I was told they'd be available online so I quickly checked in the app, they don't exist.

I have had to take my business elsewhere to a store that was incredibly happy to help me and assist where I have needed it!

Picked some socks up from reduced section. They were reduced to £7 but could see the original price through the sticker it was originally £6.50. Be careful when picking items up from sale section.

Very poor selection for the smaller man nothing at all in size 30 inch waist and hardly anything in size 38inch chest. Store very untidy, hardly any staff. Went in with nothing came out with nothing very very poor store. Needs a big revamp allround the CEO needs to take note.

Reason i love this place is the clothes are good quality and last a long time, im 6ft 5 and slim at 12stone and every other shop i buy from i look like my cats died or ive got a coat hanger in my jumper but i get a medium from here and they are just perfect fitting, secretly its for tall people. Drop of a star is for no skinny jeans or chinos only slim fit and staff on the tills just look fed up. Brilliant prices aswel

I haven't been in for a long time. The place is very run down. Clothes all over the floor. Clothes on the rails were dirty. The store didn't look clean. 2 inch thick of dust behind the tills. Not many staff. Range of clothes not that great.

I used to come in more often but alot of the fashion just seems to be redone versions of last year. The quality is good for the price you pay and I prefer the bra section here to any other store. I tend to go for a type not many places sell anymore so knowing they have it is good enough. Not many staff on, the place is usually dead when I go. The earphones I bought from here lasted longer than any other pair I've ever owned. They have a tailored mens section for those curious and a huge kids section if asda just isn't doing it for your little ones.

Very unproffesional staff. Rude!!! Lost, not knowing what they are doing. To solve one minor issue 3 persons were needed. Telling me i dont have proof of purchase, when bought online, and returning product. ( sent the wrong size).
Anyway, I feel sorry for them.
