Great place to shop. Good variety of shops and restaurants. Go here at least once a week!

This Diesel shop in Bluewater is quite small and has very little in the way of variety of clothing. It is a shame that Diesel have taken this rather backward and minimalist approach.

Small shop and be careful if you have to return an item. Manager very rude and will argue with you.Brought a pair of jeans and the dye run horribly just below the knee after first wash, showing awful very light blue patch the size of a five pound note. I brought a pair of dark blue jeans FYI. Tried to return for an exchange five days after my purchase and was told it was my fault!! Again, rude manager and very unhelpful.

Shop in London or House of Frazer or online, just not here.

Very helpful and friendly staff, I had to pick out a pair of Jean's for my other half and I'm the most indecisive person ever and the woman who worked in there helped me find the perfect pair!

The changing rooms have such good privacy ;)

Brought a pair of jeans got home to find someone else's card receipt in the pockets, so not only is this not good for the person who returned then but to find out with all this Covid going on that they couldn't be bothered to check to sanitise them before putting them back on the shop floor.. Contact the store and got lied to saying a manager would contact me on Tuesday but no one has bothered, also contacted customer services and they don't be bothered to get back to me, only interested in taking my money. must be making too much to be bothered to deal with complaints!!

Great store with a nice selection, very friendly staff too. They sell really awesome watches too, those big daddies are so good
