Tessuti Burnley

Awful store waited outside last Sunday was waiting from 9.55-10.15 and the store opening clearly shows on google 10-4 sunday also the staff knew I was outside least they could do was explain the times are wrong or some issue but no they instead they ignored me I rang the store 2-3 times no answer the staff can be so moody when you go in I wont shop at tessuti again I instead went to JD much friendlier people and had everything I needed they opened up they were supposed to ! Also emailed the company they never responded on the outcome such expensive products yet such awful service.

Really poor experience today. Can't use JD gift card at till even though original card purchased at Tessuti. Staff at both Tessuti and JD unhelpful to the point of frustration

. Bought a nice Paul Smith hat here. Better than some of the other designer shops I've been in lately though. More for the younger generation who like spending their parents money

Absolutely shocking levels of customer service a thought the 1 in Blackpool was bad this place even worst for wats meant to be a high end fashion retailer the staff are rude and can wat only be described as useless

5 star service from the young guy on the till. No questions asked return of a Barbour jacket that ripped within a week. Friendly staff.

Really poor experience at Tessuti Burnley, a very nice young man was very helpful in finding what I wanted, however, the customer service at the till (appeared to be store manager) and others had such a poor attitude as I queried the price of item as I was being over charged.
Clearly these people shouldn't be working in customer service. It costs nothing to be nice.

Great high end fashion brands..loved this shopping experience...great buys..but expensive..but you are guatenteed to look the part..get in there...

Love this place altho the prices are sky high
