The quality of the items has significantly has been reduced.

The checkout line was just ridiculously long and the management was more bothered about staff members wondering around doing nothing... (witnessed) poor management.

The organisation, presentation and cleanliness is acceptable.

I hope to see some improvements in the coming months - perhaps some self checkout machines - perhaps staff members being more helpful and perhaps cost of items reduced!

Thought we'd just take a look around, a good sized Primark compared to others, we got more than we should for our little one but she always needs clothes.

Staff were nice and helpful when we asked for help.

Worth visiting , it’s same like Harrow shopping centre , big with ample parking. You have various choices in clothing - ladies / kids and Men. It was very for us but travel accessories, we have lot of choices. They have two floors , for upstairs is for kids / Mens / home accessories.

Lift service available with wheel chair accessibility.

Primark is s 3-story store in the Atria shopping center. Women's, men's and children's clothes at inexpensive prices. When there is a sale, the prices are really cheap. I bought a man's t-shirt for £3. An excellent idea is the cafe that is open on the top floor, with a large window facing the street. So you can take a break from shopping and rest.

I spent about 10 minutes trying to find what fabric their trousers were made of before giving up and walking out. They were nice and cheap though.

Nothing wrong as such, but the queues are wayyy too long it's ridiculous. They definitely need a counter for people with less than 5 items.

A packed and very busy branch of Primark is assign of the popularity of the value for money vast range of clothing available.
The downside is the very long queue for the cashiers but, hey, that's popularity for you..

This is a brilliant high street shop. It has everything that I need, especially if I wanted to buy some new clothing.
