This is a good retail shop for nice fashionable clothes. It is a little more expensive as it's a premium retailer but the quality is good. Only downside is there promotion of student discount not being advertised very well and being complicated, it's the first Thursday of each month only.

Sales were really good. Looking for shoes and shirts for my 16 year old son and we found quite a few bargains. The sales assistant was friendly and jovial which was lovely.

The staff is so rude ,they throw faces at you with attitude . It like their working for Louis Vuitton ,they need to calm down it's only River Island.They work for minimum wages so I don't get it where their attitude is coming from. I offten avoid the store only because of their staff.

Staff help full although very young and before scanning store are a a prone to asking if you'd rather buy online... Oops there go's another empty shop and loss of jobs

Staff very helpful , got some really nice stuff there , I've not gave it 5 stars because it is very poor for teenager clothes ,not a lot of choice.

Bought some fab funky new clothes their 6yr old, great place for new fashion trends, friendly helpful staff too, clean and tidy, 2 floors with stairs and a lift for wheelchairs/ pushchairs
