Great store with lots to choose from. It may he best to shop at home within these circumstances. The staff are doing their best but you do have to queue for a long time. That's not at the fault of the staff but from customers who are a bit difficult. I will definitely shop online from now on

Lovely store, very clean. Helpful staff and great variety of clothing options.

The shop manager Helin was unprofessional, rude and incapable to carry out her duties.

Lots of choice spread over two floors. Lacking a few of the more 'premium' rages that the central London stores have though. Queues at tills could be shorter.

Good stock, slightly busy but found wat i needed

I went to the store yesterday. Oh my Goodness! The staff member Kim her name was . So unhelpful- I asked for assistance but she just made an excuse that she is busy and suggested I asked someone else… then she went to the other side of the store and keep laughing LOUD ! I felt so uncomfortable, is totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour!

I have no idea why the men's section upstairs has gone to hell. The tills have closed, changing room shut and the clothes selection are a mash up of out of season items in XXL.
Looks like a dumping ground for all things unwanted. Lucky for the ladies though, they've got 95% of the store available.
