I have loved shopping with Attitude Clothing! I order 3 pairs of shoes the last 2 weeks, 1 pair arrived with 1 shoe in a different size then the other one. Called up and Spoke to the team and they sorted the issue out super quick! In fact I had the replacement pair in my hands 2 days after the first pair arrived!!! Incredible!! Thanks Team 🖤

Great price and quick delivery. I had a query re the status of my order so contacted customer services. Aimee went over and above to help me and even emailed me the next day to give me an update. I will definitely be buying from Attitude Clothing again.

My package got lost which was pretty frustrating, though without fault of the company. Most likely bc I live in the states and this shipped from a ways away. With that being said, I’m not sure I’ll take that risk again. However, staff was responsive and helpful through the experience and I’m grateful for her patience and understanding! The door mat is totally adorable and I love it.

Brilliant customer servie from Aimee at Attitude Clothing. Very quick and helpful reply, put me on a notification list for an item I really wanted, and followed up personnaly even after I received the automated notificationg to make sure I got the update.

I had a little mishap with an order that I placed for my Daughter's birthday present (my own fault! Didn't provide a house number for delivery) and Aimee on the customer service team resolved this quickly and without any hassle. I would recommend buying anything from Attitude clothing. The quality of the product I bought (boots for my daughter) was poor: the zip failed after being used only twice. Attitude would not refund but offered to repair. After they were apparently repaired they broke again after one wear. Attitude did not deem the boots faulty, and suggested my daughter's foot might be unusual, causing the zip to break, so would not refund. For any action from their side, I had to chase repeatedly. The whole process took months. Avoid this company!

Pleasant and helpful staff, and fab shopping experience the product is of good quality, and packaged superbly.
So.... A mega thanks to customer services staff.

I ordered boots for my daughter's Xmas present over 2 months in advance. At the time the said they was in stock.
Then the emails came.,... It coming in stock at this date then another date. The final email was just before Xmas they would be delivered.
My daughter, sat there, disappointed on Xmas day
Discusting her big present she did not have.
