Just like any other reviews I don't feel comfortable shopping there. They make customers feel very uncomfortable and not welcomed.Even there are some items I want to buy I don't want to walk in to the shop.

I had a very bad experience at this shop. I went there yesterday as I knew they had white denim jackets which I liked. I asked the shop assistant if they had the jacket in size S and she said they didn't. Then I noticed a rail of discounted clothes and the same white jacket, size S, was there! There was a missing button and that's why it was under priced. I decided to buy it as I liked it, despite the missing button. At the till, the same girl said she had to remove the label. Then I noticed there was a spare button attached to the jacket and suggested I could probably fix the missing part of the button. She agreed and then opened the bag where the button was, took it out and wrapped it in TAPE. I didn't realize why she did that until I got home and noticed she had actually DELIBERATELY broken the button so I can't fix it! I am so disappointed with this store. The staff are foreign, RUDE and NOT AWARE OF THEIR OWN STOCK !!!
