Highly skilled workers with a good eye for detail, all at really good prices. Very friendly.

Last Wednesday I dropped off blouse and velour trousers and paid for them to be shortened with collection today shop not open at 09.30 no answer on landline.
Open at 10am assistant unable to find my items. I eventually found them on the floor in an untidy a pile of clothing.
I will not be using them again since the move there not the same excellent service

Dropped off a jacket to have buttons changed and moved over a month ago. Having gone in every week to check on the progress they only changed the buttons and kept promising they would move them. We were told on Monday they would definitely have it done by the next day, arrived to collect and yet again nothing had been done and got told the same thing "come back tomorrow". We took the jacket back and were given a full refund. Would not recommend this place at all!!

Not good customer service. Travelled twice which is an hour journey and still didn't have my trousers ready. It only took 30 min for another tailor in Aldershot to fix my trouser. Shows you the level of customer value. I would recommend no one to this place. Value your time and go elsewhere

The tailor shop is not completing in a given their time. Low customer care, there is no time value for customers and they argue with customers. Not good quality services.

The customer service is very bad. They said to me that tailoring will be done at 3 pm. Went there at 330pm, and when they saw me, thats the time they started doing my clothes..

Dropped off jacket for alteration. Was told to collect the next day or later that day. I came last thing the next day. “Not ready, too busy”. “Come back in 3/4 days time, it’ll be ready then.” No phone calls answered when I called to check if it’s ready 5 days later so I drove in . Still not ready. The excuse was “too busy”. Took jacket to be done elsewhere. Do not recommend.
