Great selection of upto date trainers and other sports and leisure footwear. Staff are friendly and helpful. Can get busy on weekends.

Wanted to get a pair of 270s, spoke to the guy on the floor who went to see if they had a pair in my size (womens size 7). He came back from the stock room and explained they dont have that size as they dont usually stock anything higher than a size 6 as most women have smaller feet in this area. If that is true footlocker policy im pretty shocked. He suggested I go to westfield instead. But I took my money and walked my flippers down the road to JDs instead. Apparently the women at JDs Ilford are worth stocking size 7 for and im now £115 lighter. Do yourself a favour and bypass Footlocker, they are a waste of time.

Not much variety compared to some of the other stores also found that some staff lack customer service skills they just stand there

I liked the space jam tshirt and jumper, they should sell more variety of Jordans.
