Terrible customer service, I was overcharged & sold a flawed garment; not a word of apology, instead kept waiting around until the shop for a store manager - who never did show up

Went in today. Found a shirt I wanted to buy. Took it to the till. There were no other customers waiting, one woman on the till. She saw me coming over, picked up a bag and walked away from the till, then went back and pressed the button for someone else to come and assist me and told me someone will be there in a minute. I didn’t wait. Put the shirt on the wrong rack to give her something else to do and left. Wouldn’t go back. Customer service appalling

Fainted in store and had amazing help from 3 member of staff. They got me water and helped me to a chair, they then continued to make sure I was okay. They made sure I got food and a drink and were over all amazing and helpful. I hope they see this and know that I am very thankful.

Late night shopping till 8pm in West Quay, however Next already closed at 7pm! Ridiculous

A good size store with plenty of choice and a variety of departments. I was mainly looking at the kids clothing options and was impressed by the amount available. The cost is good for the quality and you can always know what you are getting
