Located in the Graften Center there is plenty of parking in the attached multi story car park that offers disabled parking bays. The store and car park are at opposite ends of the center making it quite a walk if you have mobility problems. The store itself offers an extensive range of good quality clothes to suit all ages and gender and are reasonably priced. The staff are helpful and polite with a good knowledge of their stock.

As others have commented reasonably priced good quality clothes,But if you have a question i have found it very difficult at times to find anyone to give me an answer at times the entire place seems to be staffed by 16 to 18 year olds nothing against that but when ever i have asked a perfectly reasonable question on (ie leg lengths or collar sizes) the best i have got is a shrug of the shoulders. I believe if you use the rear entrance there is another car park nearby

Clothes seem to be very poor quality this year. Very disappointed as they have always been so reliable but are no better than Primark!

I went to change my son trousers that he got for his birthday and the Manager of the shop was extremely rude. The lady who first served me was very polite and helpful but when the manager came around to solve the problem, she didn't even look at my face took the trousers and said in a rude way " Without the receipt I can't do anything" I tried to explain it was a gift and she walked away. I said that I would make a complain then she said " Do it!!! So ungry with the way I was treated, felt like a rubbish inside this shop. She certainly doesn't have a clue of how to deal with customers. If she had said I am sorry or I am afraid I can't help you I would have understand but she is far from being polite.

Shop is ok but changing rooms were still closed, so went to John Lewis instead so we could try things on.
