The store, the decoration, the interior is very beautiful and pleasing to the eye, but one thing that is extremely disappointing is the attitude and service of the staff. At 16:30 on September 26, 2022 me and my aunt came and bought a hoodie a life jacket and a collar shirt everything was fine until checkout, the staff did not has a good attitude towards us, maybe she thinks we are Asians so we don't need good service, omg really can't accept that attitude, even a thank you at least can't open her mouth to say, the face was grimaced when we offered to pay separately, not together, I didn't expect us Asians to be treated so differently, I think the management needs to reconsider!

I'm not happy their service , I went there with my niece , We bought hoodie and jacket they're very lovely products, but the staff at check-in desk was very rule and it seem she doesn't service for us, at 4:30pm
her attitude is very rude to the customer when I say we pay separately, she doesn't greet the customer, doesn't say thank you, looks very unhappy when we come to buy, I don't go there to ask for a shirt pants or begging for clothes, what i want is when i pay and how they serve customers, hope management should deal with staff about customer service attitude!

Store manager was very helpful in retrieving my kindle when it fell down the side of a chair/soaf and required unscrewing! She did this without complaining.
