Good kids selection. A little under staffed i think.

Never busy, prefer TKmaxx over it though.

Poor, unacceptable customer service. They haven't got a clue actually. I went into 2 departments. Home section firstly to look at a couple of sofas. I sat on them for a few minutes, then looked through some of the sofa brochures on display, but the 2 girls behind the counter were far too engaged in social conversation with 2 guys. I then went to the men's clothing section to collect an order..... No Good Afternoon, Hello or Hi. Just a miserable 'Yeah' from a young man with black hair and glasses. Collected my order and left immediately. Now I understand fully when I see on the news that stores like this are failing with rapidly decreasing profits. That's because they're dreadfully managed by a weak link of undisciplined management from senior area managers to the actual store managers.

Not bad shop ... other next are better

It would be very helpful to update your store times due to COVID-19! Closes at 5.30 every day now, not 7pm!

I was in the store on 1st of may as I was looking for a black trousers but i was confused and One employee named Jessica approached me and offered to help which was very nice of her as i was hesitated but she was patient and helpful. Thank you so much Jessica you are such a very dedicated employee who knows how to serve customers.
