Everything about customer service, is about a customer receiving the right attention and all questions answered. Walked in there to window shop for a suit, walked away with a suit, tie and a shirt. All because of a man called Remus.

Remus has got brilliant taste and knows what he is talking about. I would 💯 recommend that you speak with him next time you're in this store.

Not enough staff and the two that we saw didn't seem to like each other much and neither of them came across with any genuine feeling of interest in serving people....if nothing else a smile would have gone a long way....maybe not smiling is ok for a low-end brand (although to be honest I'm not even sure of that), but that's definitely not appropriate for Boss.....IMO.

Had really good quality designer clothes.
I purchased two pairs of jeans. I thought they were very good value for money. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff thought more about themselves than the public. They were winking at each other every time they made a sale as well. Very pushy and when I finally got to the checkout, only 1 person serving. The rest were too busy trying to look good. The manager served me and asked me twice in 2 minutes if I had a Boss reward card. Very unprofessional in the Gunwharf Quays store. Won't be going back again.

Nicely presented BOSS Store. Decent range, customer service are nice and having a friendly approach.

The Staff were so friendly, polite, and enjoyed a bit of humour from me I have to say.
Extremely helpful, visit the BOSS Store inside, much better deals to be had there, instead of the one outside.
I purchased a £250 pair of shoes for £80, a £220 Rain Coat for £140, and another lovely pair of shoes, reduced by 40%
