Matalan

It was nice to see a good rejuvenation of this store. Everything looks bright and it feels like there is more space now. It is well stocked and when I couldn't find the size I wanted a member of staff retrieved more from the stock room. Queues are big but they moved fast and the lady serving us was very friendly and a meticulous folder (which I appreciate 🤣)

I usually find what I'm looking for in Matalan so decided to call in. I shall not be returning. The fitting room was very dirty with lots of fluffy dust and bits of paper. The staff member was apathetic and wasn't focussed on customer service. At the checkout I was a bit confused and asked a staff member if she could deal with my sale and she looked disengaged and said 'uh, what? I asked if she understood English and she said 'oh, sorry, I've literally just come on'. To top off the experience she bundled my purchases into a heap. I am very disappointed with this dreadful service.

Great choice of clothes, footwear for men and women and not forgetting our younger children. Lovely home store area.

Loved shopping at Matalan ONLINE!!
Visited Matalan store in Gloucester. Very dissapointed as for such a big store there is not access to use the toilet. Being 6months pregnant with toddler after asking for help been send away. No shopping done. Lots of my friends had the same feelings. Wish to spend more time in store but unfortunanely not able.

Just be carefull with the car parking my wife got fined £60 just for being 18 minutes over the now rediclus 2hrs maximum time you get with all them shops....

Nice place for less budget and discount rated clothes and many other products

Store itself is bright cheery and well stocked but the changing rooms were absolutely filthy with lots of fluffy dust, hairs and cotton , it just needed someone to give it a good sweep up
