I'm biased, I love this shop. Staff are always helpful and polite and the clothes are good quality.

My opinion on this shop has gone downhill due to a lie by one of the staff. I went in on the 27th Aug after seeing an item online in the sale, but wanted to see it before buying. I bought the sweatshirt (£10) and at the till the sales assistant (FatFace cashier:38469) commented on what a bargain it was, adding that I was lucky as there would be 'no more reductions'. I was shocked to find that when I went in on 31st August they had a 20% extra off sale promotion, and yes, my sweatshirt was still available! Not impressed!

Had superb customer service today from Luke in the Fat Face Woking store. I bought one item & also asked if there were any other stores stocking Hamble trousers in my size. There were none. Not a problem for Luke who went above & beyond duty. Guided me thro online ordering which I'm hopeless at, ensured I also got the extra 20% discount too! Luke had the patience of a saint & sorted everything out for me. Thank you!

I purchased 2 t-shirts from them on this occasion. Good selection of clothes, somewhat pricy but justified by solid quality. The staff was very helpful and personable, making some light conversation, will definitely be returning.

Great quality and brilliant service at the Woking branch. Luke was knowledgeable and showed infinite forbearance whilst I worked what was needed!

Picked up a few bargains during the boxing day sale. Nice vibe in the store and the staff were friendly. All in all happy with our visit.
