Absolutely useless, customer service non existent. Sent me wrong size trousers, after many emails back and forth mainly with Blaklader customer service as there was no corespondents from Merlindirect (Blaklader, they where very helpful)
Merlin expect me to pay return postage!
After the complaint they offered to reimburse postage costs, it took Six weeks for them to sort this out and to refund my purchase, 6 weeks!
Useless.

After reading quite a number of negative feedback comments. I'm happy to say that I'm pleased with my order.

I ordered the Timberland Pro boots size 14, and came witithin 2 working days and in the correct size.

Good pricing, prompt delivery and highly responsive customer service ... all recommendations.
