Laadki has the sweetest workers there. Really patient and very helpful finding whatever you are need of.

Being very unaccustomed to buying traditional Indian clothing, my daughter and I approached this adventure with some trepidation. We needed a Lehenga for a wedding by Saturday. After a couple of less than welcoming shops we went into Laadki. What a difference! We were greeted with warmth and friendliness by a really lovely lady and made to feel that we were very important. We explained our predicament but our worries were immediately allayed. We had lots of help choosing the perfect outfit. (The colour the shop owner suggested was perfect!) The tailor was there and made alterations on the day to save us having to return. What a service. I cannot fault them at all. Fun and friendly, professional and helpful. I am so grateful to have had this somewhat worrying shopping expedition turned into a thing of pleasure by the lovely proprietor and staff. A million thank yous. 😊

The men working upstairs are lovely and have good customer service; the clothing range is good; however, the lady working on the till has terrible customer service. Laadki have a 0% refund or exchange policy. Even if the product is faulty. I would suggest looking at other places first on the high road and then coming here thereafter, if this remains to be their policy. The 3* is based on the last two points.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - fantastic customer service. There is a good range of stock at reasonable prices. I have been really happy with my purchase every time I have been there.

3 is my favorite number but in all seriousness, I couldn't take a picture to show my mom upon purchasing it, also I couldn't check my pant size in the provided changing rooms. I get it was policy reasons but still. If they allowed those things, it would've been 5 stars. Overall great store, would come again.

I wanted a specific outfit for my son and as I live far away I rang Laadki and they were so very helpful, they found the exact item posted it same day and my son received it the very next! It fitted perfectly well. Loved the outfit, even better was service and the promptness at which it was delivered. Thank you everyone at Laadki. I will definitely be coming back to you for more clothes in future!

We attended two wedding in June & July and needed formal wear within a week!
My son & I got excellent service & made to measure outfits were ready within 8 days! They did not need any alteration and perfect for the occasions! We had excellent attention from Avinash and all his very good staff!
