Pleasantly surprised, clean tidy and reasonable prices

My daughter picked out a bag, the ones on display (All three) we're filthy so I asked for one from the store room. I was told by the sales lady she couldn't check as her manager was in the store room and she couldn't leave the shop floor unattended. This part I understood the not being able to call her manager by phone or even just call up the stairs I couldn't accept. I was told we would have to wait for the manager to come down. I waited 30min!! (more fool me). I explained I'm not spending £50 On a dirty bag to be told items on the shop floor will always get dirty. Eventually the manager appeared the girl dissapered upstairs and a few minutes later reappeared and told me they didn't have the bag I wanted. That was it, she wasn't bothered didn't offer to check any other stores or online so we walked out unimpressed!!!(Chelmsford store)

I shopped for a pack of boy pants in this shop yesterday and have never encountered such rude, sarcastic and ignorant members of staff who clearly do not understand the basic principles of the Consumer Rights Act (formerly Sale of Goods Act)- faulty goods are ALWAYS returnable! Will never shop in this place again.
