Huge concept store, lots of what you'd expect (ie. clothes) but also added extras like home things (chairs, sofas, light shades, candles, plastic plants, wardrobe, dressers etc), a Waterstones, a Costa and a Virgin Holidays desk! Staff were helpful and polite for my returns, and the was an offer for a free personal shopper experience!

Love shopping at next. Reasonable prices and quality. Especially for men's clothes. Great selection and their jeans are the best in my opinion. Straight fit is the most comfortable. I'm shorter than average at 5'7/5'8 and the 32 short fit like a glove.

Went shopping here for baby clothes although they had nice clothing it was very small range. Especially for new born babies. However the things they did have were good quality and super cute. My baby neice looks adorable in them, her parents loved the clothes too.

Considering this is supposedly their flagship store, the menswear selection is pretty poor... some smaller stores have better variety. Was shopping for a suit... Next seem to be aiming more and more at skinny or athletic builds too. Sizing options aren't great or often out of stock if you're above a 40 chest.

Fatimah was most helpful and attentive today... offering fab. customer service. She asked if we would like some help, then said if we did to call her... Refreshing change to get such great personal service while looking for something specific.

The store is great, and looks really nice, new and modern. Great range of products from homeware to clothing. However, since it’s opening, it looks like the toilets haven’t been finished. There are toilet paper dispensers on the walls but they just fill them with cheap toilet rolls that don’t fit, so most of the time the toilet paper then ends up all over the floor and you are lucky to then find a cubicle with any paper. The hand soap is normally always nearly empty and there is only one hand dryer. These are not ever checked and monitored by the overall appearance and lack of hygiene and cleanliness of them, and the lack of a cleaning checklist where it is ticked off and checked every hour. The disabled toilet is also the baby changing room, this is hardly ever open as there is a ‘not in use’ or ‘toilet broken’ sign up. Also, if someone is using the baby changing facilities, disabled people have to wait until it’s free. I have a disabled son and we can never access the toilet in store, I can’t go in the mens toilets with him and he can’t come into the ladies with me, he isn’t able to go in by himself so we always struggle.
It seems a real shame that you have this amazing flagship store at the new part of Fosse Shopping Park, and it is let down by the state of the toilets. It’s disappointing as it’s not the standard you would expect from a store like Next.

Products are just overpriced. Also, not sure if I visited on a bad day but the music was so loud I had to shout to speak to the other people I was visiting with. I do think the addition of Waterstones and Costa is great though - especially for those of us who enjoy a coffee and a read!

Went for a suit for my husband. His size wasn't there but the assistant was very helpful and friendly. It was ordered and delivered for next day. Can't fault them. Would recommend
