I always get good customer service here and can find most things I want. The sales are frequent and you can usually snap up a bargain. What happened to that little £5 voucher you used to get for your birthday though? I didn't get one this year boo-hoo!

Even the manager told me to shop elsewhere..
Bought an item online, couldn't return it to store for an exchange, couldn't get a gift card (both of which were stated on my receipt as options).
Staff were lovely (hence the star) but the store is run down and the business model from online to customer to store is several years behind and not customer centric.

Love this Dept Store. Staff are helpful and friendly. Fantastic selection of clothes, perfumes, cosmetics and men's dept. Shoes great styles. Love the handbags. It's iconic and long may it reign in Leamington.

Not enough staff to deal with customers. Pay points closed so after much searching found one open - was almost about to down tools and walk out. This was New Year Sale weekend so come on Managers- more staff = more sales.

Seriously when is this place closing down!!! Every time I come in here the staff / mangers are gathered in groups talking or across the way! Very rude especially when entering and no one greets you ( no wonder more people are shopping online) no ones ever at there till so if you go to another department the first thing you say is sorry.. no one is on the till where I got these clothes from! And they either say that’s fine or go to another one! I litterly just go in here to stay out of the cold if I’m looking around town or waiting for another shop to open! Laughable really, looking forward to it being another shop!

Unfortunately House of Fraser was closing down and had a massive sale of upto 50% off most if not all products. I managed to buy a few items but most of the store was empty by the time I managed to go shopping. It's a shame they're closing, very sad to see another big store close down. Best of luck for the future.

Very rude staff . As soon as you walk in you feel so unwelcome by the staff from the perfume counter standing by the entrance. We don’t like going into this store because of this particular lady.
Will try and avoid using this particular store in Leamington spa .
Why would We as a customer spend our money in a store that has such unfriendly staff and unhelpful staff.

Check anything you buy! I was given the wrong item at the till (not obvious till you took it out of the box). Went back the same day and was served by the same person. Despite that, they have a policy that if you have to return things they refuse refunds and will charge you to have a replacement delivered the store! £5 deliver just to get the item I should have been handed in the first place!
