Completely agree with the other customers complaining about your checkout process. It’s awful. You should be giving people the choice of self service or a manned checkout. Failing to understand what it is you are gaining by having a member of staff not actually serving people, but standing behind them barking instructions. You’re still paying that member of staff whilst simultaneously peeing your customer off in the process. Stop being lazy. Have a manned till please. Why am I doing your job?!

Very useful store, really glad they have moved into the Stoneborough. A good range of clothes at a reasonable price.

They are fashion and homeware retailer, rivalling TK Max. This brunch is located in The Mall shopping centre. They are plenty is restaurants near buy to a little treat afterwards. There is good foot traffic, to entice you. Inside the shop there is plenty of space not a lot of products to cover the area but at least there is room for when you have to browse in store. Decent selection of products in store, there is option to pay by card near the exit and they also have click and collect services

Terrible service. No carrier bags, only self scan, you have to do the de-tagging and remove the hangers while all the time being stared at and ordered around by a rude member of staff for not doing it correctly. How about stop treating customers as staff and do your job.

Not overly impressed. Limited mens' range and not a lot of it. Checkouts looked tight, wouldn't like to be there when there's a rush on. Might go back for some socks otherwise that's me finished with this store.

Would be great if they actually had cashiers. This store expects you to work there for free while you shop.

You have to scan everything yourself. Take the security tags off. Take the hangers off. What a nightmare. All this, and no discount or wage for doing a job they want to save money hiring people for.

This company wasted my time. I had a parcel delivered by DPD, this was confirmed via e mail and DPD notification. I went to collect it and was initially told my parcel was not there, then I was told they no longer accept DPD parcels. The following day Matalan and DPD resolved their issues " after throwing their toys out of the pram" . Another trip.....

The manager of the Matalan store needs to be removed. Absolutely atrocious service lady has no manner let alone skill set. She shouldn't be in this role if she doesn't know how to maintain.

Had the worst possible experience. The old Matalan at the shopping arcade was 10000% better. The employers of that store are bullies, rude, arrogant and incompetent.
