Elitist and condescending. Went in to by some trainers, upon telling member of staff I was hoping to pay up to £50 I was virtually sneered at and told the shop was for serious running equipment. Left him searching in the store room to see if he ‘could find anything for me’. Delighted to go and spend my money elsewhere!

Whenever buying sportswear in Sevenoaks I seem to trawl through all shops remembering that we have this excellent establishment. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. I always find what I want here.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff with all the gear need for a ski or snowboard holiday, however probably not the place if looking for cheap threads.

We had a brilliant experience with Tim at Bat and Ball Sports. He spent ages with us making sure that my daughters trainers and boots fitted properly. Great service and nothing was too much.

Incredibly shocking customer service, stupidly priced, not what it used to be !

We visited today and popped in to find a football for our German Shepherd who was waiting outside !! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a lovely young chap who asked if he could help , I explained we just wanted a cheap football for our dog Vinny to play with as he would burst it straight away so he would be able to carry it round in his mouth !! He said the cheapest were £10 . He then said wait here and went upstairs and came back with a ball that was slightly flat and had been returned to the store ! I said great how much is that ! And his answer was it’s free , you can have it !!! Vinny was very pleased and so was I at having such a kind chap being so thoughtful and generous in his actions ! What a great member of staff you have ! Well done 👍
