Great store for quality suits - they have some great stock with materials you don't normally see on the high street (tweed, rough wool), and the staff are really helpful. I bought five suits for my wedding here with the help of Mo, who is excellent - had to get a refund after deciding they weren't quite right and he was able to send photos of plenty of alternatives, but didn't argue about the refund (you have a two-week timeframe) when the time came for it. I'll definitely be back for a suit post-wedding.

Fantastic customer service. Very rarely do you experience such a warm welcome to a retail store. The experience included, greetings with a smile, use of experience and opinions in the fashion industry, and the use of external businesses to make sure my garments were the best they could’ve been.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Came and ordered 5 tweed suits for a wedding and they were great, quick to get items ordered and happy to workaround our time schedule. Would highly recommend.
