Just like to share the great service I've experienced. Asked for a box for what I bought as a present for my father. Gentleman actually said they tend to only have box during Christmas time. But he'll checked the back storage and found one. Wrapped it nicely too.
That's what I call a service above and beyond.

Great customer service, from the entire team! Felt like they really helped me with whatever I needed. Really good atmosphere in the store, and everything looked really neat and clear as to where it is. Will highly recommend going to this outlet store!!

Excellent experience at Lacoste today thanks to a lady called Michelle who was my personal shopper for the time I was in the store. Amazing product knowledge, knew what sizes i would need in each style, will definitely be back

Arrogant staff, poor product & service.

I bought a few polos from here, and one of them deteriorate quickly in 6-7 months, I took this to the store and they refused to replace it. both the counter staff and supervisor are so arrogant, the manager was not available.

Good customer service, quality products and at a good price

A great store that's well laid out. The sale items were all in size order which made it easy to find the items you want. Plenty of good products on offer and some good discounts too. Staff were friendly and happy to help
