H&M

Sometimes I think I am a walking billboard for H&M. All my clothes are H&M, and I constantly walk about with a boom box blaring 90s tunes. The weather is always great and I don't know how to smile. I also have a very diverse group of friends too. So, the five stars are actually for me and my great H&M style life.

Wide range of products and very organised. The staff were attentive and very kind. We bought about4 products and they are very good quality.

The overall store is very large but has a very disappointing male section.

That section in particular is small with a very restricted range of items, while the items they do have available were not exactly appealing or of an acceptable quality compared to many nearby alternatives or online stores.

Great selection of clothes, great prices staff are friendly and helpful. Men's sections is rather small though.

Ok. Just a clothes shop. Looking for school uniform bits, but didn't have anything

Nice pale forest green v necked jumper. Not too thick and heavy. Young guy on the till a sweetie with white badger hair and big Lennon specs. Sorted.

Staff very helpful in accessing my online account and found I had some money off vouchers.

Wow! Amazing customer service. I didn't manage to catch the lady's name that just served me at the Canterbury store but she was absolutely wonderful. I was in store with my two year old, having a little trouble accessing my account at the cashier. She was so patient and helpful. We need more customer service like this. Thank you!
