Great shop to get inspired for clothing for adults and the children.

Every time we visit it’s usually a great experience the team members are usually in good spirits and happy. My only issue is the range of clothes in larger sizes is getting smaller - my go to tops have now recently become online only and before the change they didn’t have size L in for nearly 3 months and I just kept being told they would be in next delivery - it wasn’t until I visited another H&M that they told me they wouldn’t be in store again. I definitely wasted a few trips looking for the tops, so I have knocked one star off because I feel communication of stock isn’t very good and perhaps looking into something instead of the generic ‘it will be in next delivery’ Would be more helpful for customers.

I wish I'd gotten her name but a really kind young lady on your staff helped me and my little girl whilst in store today as I had a dizzy spell and was unable to get down the escalator. Credit to your staff, so wish I'd taken her name. Thank you again

I like some of the clothing there, but unfortunately there aren’t many larger sizes available. I struggle finding anything larger than a 12 in the store which is frustrating.

The sole reason physical retail stores are around is because you can actually try on the clothes and make sure they actually fit to your needs because it can be Label roulette out their along with feel and sight and trying new combos on.

It pains me to see H&M even after Lockdown this store still only open its changing room Saturday and Sunday and has the whole downstairs rooms closed and half of the changing rooms are just not on use, causing really long unnecessary waiting just to try on some clothes which is the sole reason to go in-store.

28 Day returns are great but you still have to go back and return them, also pay the cash just to "try on".

When we popped in to purchase some clothes the store was well laid out and easy to find a section you are looking for. Only down side was all the fitting rooms were closed and staff could look and sound happier being there.

Always love shipping here can find some good bargains, staff seem friendly didn't wait that long to pay concidering it was Christmas Eve
