My daughter Charlotte and I came to Celine London (Mount Street) on the afternoon of Tuesday 20th October. We were made to feel very welcome immediately on entering the store . We were given 100% attention and nothing was too much trouble.. we were offered refreshments and much welcomed product information and options on everything we were looking at. There was no pressure to buy and never rushed. The two ladies were called Christina and Beth. They showed interest in our shopping and we came away thinking what a lovely experience. I would like to thank Celine staff.

Worst staff ever , bought a pair of sunglasses, would like to return it and exchange for a higher price item . And the staff ( a white male ) was very annoyed and have a extremely poor attitude. I do not expect to be treated like this when I’m planning to spend £900 on a pair of boots
