Good costumer service. Very stylish range of clothes. There is something for everyone in there. Went the other day and accidentally bought the wrong size top and a necklace which got caught on something and broke. Took back the next day and they gave me a new necklace and let me exchange the top for my size. Very promt sevice and prices range from very affordable to fairly pricey. I tend to just buy the affordable to regular priced stuff and its always good quality! :)

It's been some time since I visited one of these shops and I expected better.the clothing on offer were of no better quality than another prominent high street retailer,(Pri..) except more expensive! so what makes this chain stand out? Unless they are using the shops to promote online sales?

went to fitting room to try on one pretty skirt. When back, I returned to one of the fitting room staff, (with long hair and glassess) that skirt and after that I heard ''next time hang back on a hanger''..........REALLY???

Aircon on top floor was not working properly. Very humid and sweaty environment. Also changing rooms was bad, locks all broke and lights too? Need to get on that asap.
