Nice big next store over 2 floors, modern built and pretty good displays.

Lods of parking outside and inside the shopping park where you have many other shopping options.

Customer service though is poor, its more like no one exists at the store to help you out even if its fully empty.

Nice collection, but have struggled to find items in XL sizes.

Understaffed and staff are not very friendly. Items show in stock online but nowhere to be found on shop floor and no one willing to help find them (which is probably because they are understaffed so I don't blame them but makes for a bad shopping experience).

I had a similar experience on 2 different visits.

The customer service was very poor and the workers are mostly rude and unhelpful. They treat customers like unwanted guests over staying your welcome. The worst place to shop. Don't go spend your money in unhelpful and rude place.

You have to wait at least an hour to pick up your parcel because they can never find it, and to make it worse they don’t look like they are in a rush - walk and work at such a SLOW pace

Always short staffed. I give up and walk out more than I buy there. Frustrating but they don’t seem to take on

Chaos at the parcel collection point. So disorganised at the back they take 5-10 minutes to find each parcel. Huge queues. Please improve

The store is clean and tidy everytime I have visited. Very nice people working there too. There are impressive and trendy products in the store. There is a small sale section too. I have recently bought a dress from sale and I loved it 😍 😍

I was there today (5 nov, Friday)and received excellent service from Nicole in men’s section upstairs. I have been to this store so many times but this time I felt very welcomed and valued by staff. I was with my husband and baby. She was very helpful and supportive when my baby was being fussy. She helped my husband to choose right product and size . Thank you Nicole. You are a star ⭐️
