Hundreds of pounds were charged to our account but it was claimed that the money hadn't gone through.
To be clear, I wouldn't like to blame the staff as they can only deal with what they have but it is highly irresponsible of Lacoste to continue functioning a store with a faulty card machine like this for days after such a problem has been reported. At a minimum, it should operate as a cash only store.
There’s a huge disconnection between the Lacoste Online store and local stores. After having bought the wrong colour I found what I wanted online. However, when trying to give back the originally purchased item in store I was refused a refund and all I was offered was an exchange… and only with the limited number of items available at that local store. This is hugely frustrating as effectively an exchange was done but online. Being bluntly pointed a to a policy that nobody reads prior to a purchase is definitely not helpful and the staff didn’t show any sympathy in trying to find a better solution.
Never again with Lacoste when they’re treating customers like this
Most high end store have this belittling uppity, "You shouldn't be in here look", Making you feel uncomfortable,
Those that know, Know what I'm talking about.
This store is different, In my opinion and through my personal experience,
It is all due to the (Hence) Eastern European Brother that works there (Sorry forgot your name).
He was welcoming, respectful, helpful and patient while I picking, putting back and choosing what to buy for a festive celebration for myself and my father.
(He loves his top, The material you help me pick out, Is easy for him to put on and comfortable to wear)
This brother was personally invested in what I needed and wanted,
Which made my experience that much more stress free and pleasurable.
Most importantly
Not Dismissing me for the way I looked, talked or dressed.

The manager's need to take a leaf out this Brother's book and Upper Management Needs To Consider Promoting & Rewarding This Brother.!

It's the aura, energy and conduct of the employee, the staff with that particular person/customer that has those tills ringing and birthing a repeat customer. 💯
