Good discounts on men's clothing, in particular polo shirts. Don't have much stock in men's size XS.

Have to hunt to find a bargain, but they can be found.
Great location with a complimentary range of shops and restaurants, try the Pie restaurant for lunch, it's quite special.

Got some great items that had good discounts. Service was good and the shop is laid out nicely, not to cramped.

From today l dnt think l will be buying anything from this shop l always bought all my jumpers or cardigan like items and warm tops from here if l had an issue l would return it and get my money using contactless which l always use my phone. two days ago l went to buy bottoms from the shop l could not fit. I have been to this shop twice today and couldn’t be given my money back 🙄 l wish the boys who usually work there would have been there they usually explain well and actually help but today 🙄🙄🙄 annoying staff who seem not to care. Thankfully there’s nicer shops with happier friendly staff who made my shopping experience better otherwise this crew staff ruined my day. Weirdly l was able to return stuff in other shops and also some exchanges with no problems this even made it clear the system in crew clothing is bad very frustrating.

(Review is in my husband’s name for some reason and I can’t change it) I I love Crew clothes and buy a lot here. Today, however, I had a rather unpleasant experience returning a pair of trousers. I bought them for my holiday and they were a little tight so went back to return them. I wasn’t too sure about getting the next size up as I thought they’d probably be too big and they didn’t have that size. One of the two ladies behind the counter offered to go look for the next size up and found a pair, I didn’t have time to try them on so said I would leave it (they weren’t the same style anyway) Well, they looked at each other with a slight scowl and the other shop assistant said “well you have three months to change them” and both looked and acted quite annoyed that I wanted to return them and I found myself explaining that I wouldn’t have time to return them if they didn’t fit, before my holiday. Never experienced that before! I felt really uncomfortable and couldn’t wait to get out of the shop ( I was the only customer in there). The other staff that are there on other days have always been very pleasant though so I won’t let it stop me from shopping there.

Excellent customer service whilst returning on line clothing. Shop assistant was pleasant, and professional, despite not having done a return before and needed a little support from a colleague. Store was clean. All staff l encountered were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely shopping experience.
