Great shop - didn't know it existed! Really lovely clothes for teenage girls. Bit expensive but good quality and the dresses were especially good. Castlepoint branch is small but staff are friendly and helpful

they have a horrible customer service. I wanted to speak to the manager and they said that the manager is not going to give me a call back as this is not their problem- terrible customer service and very disappointed that the manager she refused to speak with me. The person on the phone raised his voice and he was very irritated that i even called- will not ever buy things online as they are not helpful at all even when it is their fault. They have delivered to a wrong address and on top of that i have stated that i need my items in the next few days as leaving in holiday- stated that is not their problem and said that i have to wait and they will decide later on- Guys, the customer service is so horrible and i have spend around £50 for 3 pairs of shorts and now I am at loss due to them and they even refuse to speak to me
