A terrible place. Poor service.
Long waiting time for the order,
because in stock they do not have all sizes and you have to order them. I've waited few weeks for my order and they told me it will be max two weeks.
Very low quality of clothes,
paying £ 21.98 for two sweatshirts you are expected to get good quality. Unfortunately, the quality is so poor that it looks like the sweatshirts were ordered for £5 or less.
Two sweatshirts on the label of the same size and one smaller than the other by at least one size.
(The label says that in addition to artificial materials, it has 30% cotton. Unfortunately, cotton in this material is not visible at all. It is artificially artificial).
I regret that I had to buy sweatshirts for my son from there.
It is a pity that schools do not have their own badges with a logo for sale, that you could sew on to the clothes.

Ordered a few items of uniform for my kids 2 weeks ago they were quick to take the money but I havnt recieved any sort of order confirmation or when the order will be ready even though on website it states the items I ordered were in stock. I have emailed twice and tried to phone but you get no replies and the phone is never answered. If I could get my kids uniform elsewhere I would. I have bought from this store in the past and never had a problem but I have always gone into the store and due to covid they are doing by appointment only or click and collect. I may have to just pay a visit if I do not recieve any confirmation in the next few days though!

Awful service, the girl showing us the items seemed to be on another planet. Went to Match Fit instead, where they had enough stock and excellent service.

poor management, poorly run shop, shouting at other young staff members from across the shop, honestly looks like they’ve got their own kids running the shop / orders. Felt extremely awkward. Happy to take your money though.

Absolutely shocking when you have to order uniform from here items missing once they have your money they do not care!!! They don’t deserve 1 star.

21 emails to you asking you for them to be sent out is not prompt.Jess you need customer service training.

Will never ring the store again the girl is so rude who answers. All you get out of her is what what what. So rude I don't normally complain but seriously needs to work on call answering

Sadly I will have to give only 1star. I placed my order after the July cut off date and I understand that, however they said uniform will take no longer than 4 weeks from order a d mine has already taken alot longer than that, when I have gone in the store the ladies are in no way trained in customer service what so ever, they are rude and unhelpful. Once I get my long awaited uniform that will be the last time I step foot in the store, I will use the other options available to me.

If I could give zero stars I would. Awful, awful service. Drove 30 minutes on lunch break to collect an overdue item - shop was shut 1pm-2pm, for lunch. No mention of this on their website! Got back really late from lunch to find it was the wrong size vs that ordered! Called them, they advised to bring it back. Made the trip again the following week, ensuring I got there for 12.50 - shop shut, 'for lunch'. Unbelievable.
