I bought something here today and had an irritating experience. Usually the staff here are polite and friendly, however one particular young woman who I haven't seen before was not. I stood waiting at the counter for about 5 minutes while she busily ignored me. I didn't realise she was actually serving until she promptly served a woman who came in after me. I don't know what her excuse was - did she think I was standing there just for the hell of it? I finally got served by a male assistant just as I was about to walk out in disgust! Very annoying!

Never come across a more rude manager. Looked very annoyed he was taken away from his office. refused my 14 day consumer right to exchanging my bag, even though I had just bought it the day before. Didn't even let me show receipt. He was very rude and hostile from the first minute. My friend and I were discusted. Will not be returning, do not recommended.

I've always loved fat Face ..however the last few times I've been disappointed as so much of the styles and colours are very samey .and the quality is t always as good as before ..plus the sales are not too great these last few years .. maybe a sign of the times .. however over all I do prefer this shop over others
