Fantastic store. Friendly staff and a great variety of merchandise to choose from. Store manager was also very helpful with an issue I had with one of my Boss jackets which I purchased and was very happy to help and sort out the issue.
Very happy that finally there is a store that is close by instead of going to London and looking forward to the next purchase.

Really helpful and friendly staff. We had bought a dinner suit for our son in Manchester but when we gave it to him where he is living near Watford it did not fit as expected. We took it into the Watford branch looking for an exchange and the staff provided some really helpful advice and guidance on what our options could be. We came away really pleased with the outcome and would recommend this branch.

I usually shop in London or Brent Cross but I thought I would try the Watford branch with my wife as it’s the closest to home. The service was amazing the team really helped me with my questions as I needed a suit for a wedding reception. The care and attention to detail when tailoring my suit really made me feel special the team were outstanding and my wife enjoyed herself as the team made her feel relaxed and welcome. I will definitely be returning to this store again. Thank you Manager and team

Had a fantastic experience today with Vishal the branch manager. Gave in depth help with choosing my wedding attire. Will definitely come back even though I live quite far service was that good. A fantastic representation of the Hugo Boss brand.

This store has the best service I have ever experienced. Bought a shirt for a holiday and found it did not fit when abroad. Bought it back and now they are tailor fitting it for for me! Thank you guys!!

Today I been this store I wanted to exchange the shirt I bought from other store there is very small dot in shirt. the manager is very annoying I removed the dot by my finger in fort of him he said you should bring the shirt where u buy I tell them can u find a small dot in this shirt but still stubborn. very bad management u can help of costumer not hurt time shame

It is what it is, not the best if your a tall person as your size is never on the shelf.
