This is a large store on two levels on Oxford Street.

The main floor has women's fashion. And, cards, daytimers and other useful articles and gadgets near the cashier desk.

Men's clothing and some more wemen's are on the basement.

The store is focussed on the younger men and women.

It is a nice store. The displays are not crowded.

Helpful staff but they need to add more people... the queue to the till was too long. The place sells all king of cool closets and accessories. I’m not a fan of all they sell but some things are really good.

Nice shop with pretty decent offers. Tills were located at the lower level. More items at the lower level, surprisingly spacious as well. Although they were advertising up to 50% discounts, we have purchased items way over than this. They must be clearing stocks. Cool and funky fashion!

Disappointing, can’t find what you are looking for, no staff to ask for assistance, kicking customers out at 7.45pm when shop not closing until 8pm. Clothes a mess and changing rooms shut.

I love urban outfitters, great choice of clothes but I find they all come up large so I end up getting the size below for fit

Yes it’s big but staff is clueless. I wanted to pick up few bits and bobs I checked to be available in the store, but no luck, most staff disappear when you want to ask them. When finally somebody helps it’s - look around should be somewhere.

Staff room needs care.
No coffee boiler very old, no cup, .
But great and lovely people.
