Popped in to look for children's clothes, arrived about 5.10 pm, after a few minutes a member of staff began tidying the racks we were looking at, huffing loudly. Then she came over and said 'we're closing in five minutes' We gave up looking for a dress in the right size and started moving towards the exit. We stopped to wait for another friend at which point another member of staff said loudly 'come on girls you're only here to keep out of the rain.' We left and went to our slimming club only to find we were way too early because it was only 5.20. Perhaps you should amend your published closing time as it clearly isn't 5.30 pm. By the way if we just wanted to keep dry we would have gone for a coffee. I wanted to buy a few summer dresses as a gift.

Useful fashion shop with homeware as well. Great prices and rapidly moving stock. Useful for work clothes. Down side is company policy of no changing rooms.

I'm not that familiar with shopping with kids, but took my 3 year old to Tonbridge, as he likes the train ride. I thought I would get him some new shoes and a jacket and found this place. I can't say whether the prices are reasonable as I have no comparable experience, but what I can say is that the staff are superb. One member of staff let him play a little while I paid. He inadvertently dropped his hat and the staff were kind enough to look for it, well after I had left the store. Trac(e)y even rang me back to say she had found it. Well done all and thank you. Also, he likes the shoes.

They are always grumpy and poor customer service. They not helpful for customer at all. When you are Asian look, They treat you even worse than others.

Very good retail prices! Stock moves fast so if you see something you like purchase it as it will be gone when you come back.
