It's okay, can feel a bit of a jumble at times. I'd rather go to the individual stores for a more personal service.

Got a bag on sale today and the staff didn’t notify me to check the bag before purchasing. Just as I thought it would be fine, turns out the discounted bag has black dirts on the bottom as well as on the top (underneath the chain), and it looks like it has been worn previously (logo inside came off slightly already). I specifically asked if they had a new one other than the display, they said yes and got me a “new” one. Dishonest staff and horrible customer skills, feel like it’s almost a money scam.

Review based on experience within stratford westfield store! The store is now closed so obvs people had same opinions as me. The staff was completely discriminatory I'd had over heard the staff talking about me while I was in changing rooms constant snickering as well. Completely unprofessional and if I was a softy I would of felt bullied by the experience and they get paid to do that to me? So I wear street wear can cost a lot but can also make u homeless looking I guess, guess I should have shaved to I would get lite comments from the staff saying that this is wants not in your price range, like they knew my price range? Just because I haven't shaved in 2 weeks don't mean I can't afford a razor! I felt mis treated by the that I looked and show myself I was discriminated against. Didn't feel comfortable buying anything for a store which supported and paid people to be bullies

Michael Joseph you are brilliant. A salesman that sells with out saying things like buy this etc and pushy. He is absolutely efficient and I really don’t believe that he’s been working here for a month.
