Friendly efficient staff in a very fast paced retail environment is the best thing to say about them in a long list of good things.

The clothing they offer is good quality and excellent value for money and when combined with their excellent returns policy for store bought items as well as online purchases its seconds to none.

Added bonus is the Amazon pick up and returns hub, the only one in Uxbridge (currently)

Sadly had a bad experience with Next and this store 😕

I ordered several items online and one of the items sent to me was incorrect( wrong item , wrong price). So I returned it to this store and asked for the correct item to be sent to me .

I was told by the assistant that if I wanted the correct item sent to me I would have to pay another 3.99 ( on top of the original £3.99 I had already paid)
Quite upset that I would be expected to pay another delivery charge for the mistake that Next have made. Disappointed and shocked that a company of the size of Next would treat long standing customers this way. Will think long and hard before using again.

Picked up a few clothes from here. I little higher in price than the neighboring stores but customer service makes up for it

Nice store. I like how they keep improving and expanding it.. it just would be perfect if they expanded the children section and had more variety

I am very happy with my resent experience shopping at your uxbridge branch.

Thank you Tara for going above and beyond with my purchase of my Christmas tree. Even though she was busy she took time to speak to me. She is polite, friendly and has excellent customer service.

And thank you to the management for letting me have the last tree that was in the window display and was decorated beautifully and had to be taken down and repacked in the box because I wanted that one and they had sold out.

Excellent customer service - I'd say some of the best I have had in a VERY long time - if not in all time. The lady serving me was extremely knowledgeable, knew her stock and what would go well together. She was able to accurately size up my son at a glance, and recommend the best accessories. I spent a lot more than planned, but left feeling very content with what I purchased.

Went into the Uxbridge store looking for black evening suit.
They didn’t have one my size, however Hena found exactly what I was looking for and ordered it for me.
Hena was excellent throughout and extremely helpful, superb customer service.
