Good size store, but not many fitting rooms were available and had to wait to try clothes. Also not many sizes in clothing or anything else was available. Mainly XS, S and M, which is disappointing. Staff was polite and helpful, the shop clean and neath.

So on a Saturday with staff aimlessly wondering the tills upstairs were closed. When asked if the till could be used that stated "next customer" I was advised to go back down stairs and wait in the queue even though I am pregnant.... not acceptable

Not about quality but capacity and management. Queues for fitting rooms and tills are long. Only down stairs are opening. Upstairs tills and fitting rooms are closed. Such a pain to queue. Not sure why they didn’t utilise their resources. Only two staffs at the tills and many customers are queuing. So insufficient and inefficient. I would like to buy HM products but really can’t accept the waiting time.

It's a very nice store except their mens work wear section was limited in stock and variety. I would definitely go back.

The changing rooms are never open when I visit as they seem to close them way before closing time.

Simon at the till ( children department) was frustrated and shouted at me because he couldn't deal with a previous costumer so when he had to deal with me, he was frustrated because he had to do my transaction two times and he had to manually add my member ID and was taking a long time to deal with me. Then he started being rude and shouting at me and was very racist and told me to go speak English because I was speaking to my 6 year old in my language.

The manager Vicky was at the till at the time and watched and supported his behaviour saying that was it was my fault because I was complining about his actitud and behaviour and because of this he is allowed to act like this. So to my understanding this guys (Simon ) can shouted me and the manager expected me to be quiet and tolerate his behaviour??
This threatening behaviour is unacceptable and embarrassing and even worse when managers allow their workers to act like this.

Excellent customer service from Daiva who was able to look up my purchase and process a return without a receipt. Her manager (short stocky blonde lady) had horrible customer service however and was outright rude, initially ignoring my presence and then sending me away from the store without offering any assistance. Daiva would make the better manager!

Had the displeasure of visiting this store today. The sales assistants were all very helpful in answering my questions and helping me with my enquiries. The changing rooms were not open as they were short of staff which the lovely sales assistant politely explained also. HOWEVER once I got to the till I was served by a woman who identified herself as the manager. I can not express the rudeness and carefree attitude of this woman who’s name is LAURA Not Only was she huffing and puffing at customers before me in line once I got to the till she actually refused to take my clothes and expected me to take them of the hanger and hand them to her ( bearing in mind that there is a screen between us) I asked her to discount a purchase because one of the packs had pieces of jewellery missing only to be barked at and told “ Well I’m the manager and I said no” Once she finished scanning and bagged my purchase I tried to pay with my point account to which she barked at me that she had scanned my code and I needed to use another payment method. I politely asked her to try again and she physically turned the screen around so hard with an aggressive attitude I thought it would break. She then proceeded to raise her voice and tone and again turned the screen and shouted LOOK.
Normally shopping in the store is a pleasure as I have been going for years but someone so unprofessional should not be in a managerial position with such a rude aggressive tone and attitude. Never have I felt so embarrassed and undervalued as a paying customer. As someone who works in retail myself I know the importance of customer service and this is not it. Needless to say the other sales associates were accommodating and highly helpful. Can not be saying I will be rushing back until the management is managed by someone capable of being in such a role. I shall also be escalating this higher as it is totally inexcusable behaviour.
