River Island

I am writing this to congratulate the customer service in your Ilford branch. I was doing my last minute holiday shopping and left my whole shopping in your store after trying a pair of shoes.
Many would of taken the items or left my other shopping items there.
However one of your store members, a young woman had acknowledged this straight away and put on the side. As I reached the exit I had then realized ran back to the store. Where your staff had kept it behind the till for me.

Tidy. I went there twice in one day lol. Both times clean and organised. Staff very helpful and fast. There was a gentlemen there before lunch who was super nice. 2nd time round lady helped pick my bag which was taking me ages. Sales items are never left to look like tack and easy to choose which is nice. Just wish there was some bloody reception.

Nice clothing shop for girls, reasonable prices.

Used click and collect which was quick and easy. Staff thanked me for waiting and got on with it quickly.

Nice experience of shopping handbags very nice quality and affordable .

Like the store, got pair of shoes few weeks ago, really comfortable. Love their bags too

I wasted my 1 hr searching for river island in illford. Shame on river island management. If this was not google i would have written all possible bad words to river island.

This shop doesn't exist anymore on this location !
