ZARA

I was in the fitting rooms today around 18:30 and I asked one of the ladies who refused to respond to me even though I had said excuse me several times for help. She seemed very irritated when I had asked for another size. She proceeded to scan the barcode then lied and said there were no more sizes left and asked me if I wanted to order it.
As I needed to exchange an item on the 1st I took the opportunity to have a look and there were several medium sizes. I understand working in retail certainly Zara is not a easy job but she should find a job were she would be much happier in.

Zara customer service can't be trusted it's disconcerting to deal with Zara customer service and it's a pity to be like that with a giant company

I do not know why every time I want a service or information, I am not helped or they gave me wrong way!

And Advice to the buyer: check the clothes before buying them because some of them are damaged !

A very good shop, well organised and great selection. I went on a Tuesday afternoon, and I found great bargains and it wasn't crowded at all; maybe because it was a weekday. Very clean and neat shop, friendly staff at the till. It would be very nice that employees that are organising the clothes would be more attentive, they don't even turn to see you when you are asking them for some items. The shop is located in the middle of Oxford Street, easy to find.

I love sales. I bought few great suit jackets for myself. They are a great quality and look fabulous.

Service was lacking. Some attendants used the Zara app to check the store holdings but couldn't tell me where in the store to find the items. Excellent selection of decent quality clothing. Better experience if you do complete on your own and don't ask for help.

Have been trying to call this store all morning to check availability of an item. No answer on the phone for two hours now. Went onto CHAT on ZARA app and they cannot check stock in stores (although I can via the app!). Asked for contact number for two London stores and was given the blanket 0800 number which tells you to go to the ZARA website. Around in circles! So, I give up. ZARA’s customer service is abysmal.

Terrible store manager.
She was rude and unprofessional. She wanted me to buy a faulty item without giving the option to discount or give an alternative she did however suggest to buy it and wash it at home.
Definitely not the best quality of service expected

Rude staff “get it yourself” when asking for assistance. Priority queue- for shop’s manager. 2 idle people at kids department not willing to SHOW where are ladies trousers displayed. Rude cashier - “go ahead - complain”. Experience by 4 family members gathered by me.
