Staff slow to answer the phone and often leave it ringing. After five unsuccessful attempts today I was told "Rachel and I are busy, can you ring back in ten minutes". No, I will not ring you back for the sixth time!
Will go elsewhere where staff are efficient and offer to ring you back!
Furthermore, staff in St. Albans branch often pushy and over attentive following you around and telling you how everything that you lift off the rack would look great on you. Too much of the latter and not enough of the former.

I needed to exchange an on-line purchase for another size. Isabell checked their stock for me and held the item until I could collect it. She was so helpful and even freshly steamed the item for me when I was there. First rate customer service, thank you.

Small store not a huge selection of choices

New location is great. Absolutely lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Also a great sale on right now

What used to be a fantastic shop has gone really downhill in the last year. Staff and management have changed and they really let this store down. There used to be a more personal touch customer service experience which has all disappeared. Staff appear like they are not interested to help or be there. Stock is also really lacklustre and sparse. The store used to have a real lux feel to it. Now it lacks in all areas.
