Popped in with my wife, earlier today. Good quality clothing at a great price! She loved every item, after trying them on at home :) (Preferred them all, in fact, to a much more expensive brand, also with a store in St Albans)

They have some really lovely clothes -- worth a look!

Saw the most beautiful maxi dress in light brown and white; asked the “only” member of staff (with long black shoulder length hair) if I could kindly try it on. She passed me the same dress in green to try on for fitting; I tried it on and it complimented my figure. When I asked to try on the dress at the window; she said if she removes the dress from the window “you have to buy it”, I said; what I am asking for is not an unusual request - shop owners do this for me all the time - I just want to see if the colour suits me. She then started to raise her voice at me. I asked her to please not shout at me and her customer service was a disaster and when I visit the store on a Saturday the staff are ten out of ten. I asked what her first name was as would be writing a review on my immediate return home; she said she wanted my name. I explained I was the customer and all I was trying to do was try on and buy a £55.00 maxi dress. (My friend witnessed the whole episode and said it was her loss, £55.00 remained in my pocket). This lady left me feeling anxious and I burst into tears after leaving.
I have never experienced such a bad customer service experience in all my life. She made me feel like garbage. **This happened today - the 4th of September 2022 at 4.45pm**

Stay away. Should have already seen the warning signs since there is a sign that they do not accept returns. Bought a 45 pound dress.. Washed it with handwash program and it now has holes in it without me wearing it once! Total rip off... Did try to contact the shop and ofc no reply.... Should be checked out by police really as this is criminal!!!
