Nice store, got everything with low prices

Good primark. Not the biggest one but good sized with 2 levels. Womens clothes, shoes, bags and accessories, kids clothing section, mens clothing section. Has everything but not the entire collection since its small.

Its a good primark. However it doesn't keep all the good clothing. Like once they had beautiful clothing choices to now everything is stocked with not good choices ( in my opinion ). However they do have beautiful dresses. Coats aren't as nice as they have more business formal ones now and thin puffy type of jackets that in my opinion doesn't sit nice. I wish that primark has kept all the "trendy" clothing. They also have the boots that have been going around on tiktok, the black platform boots that go up to the knee maybe above. Would recommend to go here either way as they do nice things from time to time and let's hope that there will be some come backs in some pieces of clothing like the 80s/90s type of bottoms etc.

two women (glasses with blondeish brown hair, and the other with the large eyebrows) at the fitting rooms are so RUDE honestly no idea how they have a retail job heavily involving customer service when you stand there like a stone and don’t reply to customers.

I have to say I don't like this place only 1 staff member I like and no bbw sizes if your a curvy lady who likes a sale stay away from here not worth ur time most things will be sold out or just not in the bigger sizes I mean I'm only a size 16 but here feels like being fat shamed what a joke

All time favourite shopping destination. Cost effective fashion clothing and accessories.

Need more options on clothing, home and interior especially at Sutton High Street store.

Love primark Sutton been there many times great shop only complaint is its always to hot in the main store and hotter up stairs the air conditioning leaves a bit to be desired.

The best time to go is in the morning when it's quiet and the clothes are still well arranged so it's easy to locate stuff
