Shopper beware, the return policy is half the time offered by other retailers!

I can’t fault the ordering/delivery service for my online order, but sadly that’s where my pleasant experience ended. I ordered a dress online which exceeded £250 (a pretty big splurge for me), only to find out I was pregnant the very next day. The dress arrived and looked lovely, but knowing I’d only get a month or two wear out of it before it would stop fitting, I couldn’t justify the price tag. I live in Essex and the only store in London is in Kings Cross, so by the time I made the trip (a trip which takes 1.5 hours I might add) to return the dress (unworn and in original packaging) it was 18 days after purchase. I was told the return policy is 14 days and they wouldn’t accept it. I was gutted and pretty shocked to be told there was nothing they could do in store. I was advised to go back home and email customer services, which I did. The seller refused to take the dress back, even though it was only 4 days outside of the return policy and hadn’t so much as even been tried on. There was no goodwill offer of store credit or exchange offered. So I’m stuck with a very expensive dress I no longer fit and feel very disappointed. For a company selling premium priced items, I expected premium customer service. I will not be shopping at Wolf & Badger again.

Fellow shoppers, just make sure you read the returns small print, as no goodwill gestures or customer care will be offered!

I don’t usually leave scathing reviews but I would like to forewarn any potential customers to stay away from their online store until Wolf & Badger seriously amend their delivery services. This needs to be addressed with reasonable urgency. Previous reviews seem to be fairly congruent to my own online experience. I ordered my dress on March 22 and still haven’t received it to date (now May 20!). I have corresponded with them on multiple occasions and made myself available at home at various times and have not had any success in having this dress delivered to me. The customer service truly leaves a lot to be desired with extremely sporadic replies to my emails and no accountability for the failed delivery. I am an avid online shopper and use delivery services like DHL regularly and have never experienced such poor service.

It’s a real shame as I love their curated items and would have been a regular customer had I not completely lost faith in their ability to (literally) deliver their goods!

Marco served us a couple of wonderful Sauvignon blanc spritzers and was most helpful pleasant and chatty we highly recommend the service and the drinks. The place rocks.

I haven’t bought anything, so keep in mind my review is purely off visiting the store. All of the staff were very friendly and the store is big and well lit. I came in because I’d seen their online store and loved a lot of their clothes and thought I would try some things on instead of doing an online purchase. However, they really don’t have that much stock in the store. It’s very much a curation of a few key pieces when it comes to to the clothes. So if you are looking for clothes, I would personally purchase online. If you are looking for jewellery though, they had loads of amazing pieces for varying budgets 😍

I would avoid until Wolf & Badger can sort out their deliveries. It seems the designers themselves manage the deliveries so Wolf & Badger has no control. Although I clearly indicated I had a deadline for an event 5 days later they were unable to meet that deadline or to let me know they could not meet it until it was too late for me to get another dress. The designer was London based! I also realised afterwards I could have also purchased the dress on Selfridges who would have delivered the dress within 1 Business Day.

Nice eclectic mix, set out well on the expensive side but great if you want a one off piece for special event

We did a flower headband workshop as part of a hen do. Helen who ran the workshop was so lovely! The quality of the flowers was incredible too. My headband lasted 3 days!! I would recommend this florist and quirky workshop to anyone!! I'd love to go back and do it again!
