Been here twice now (first time I had to purchase a weeks worth of clothes as I brought my wrong bag for a flight to Abu Dhabi), both times have been exceptionally good, unfortunately I don't have their names but there was a gentleman sales assistant that has always gone above and beyond even today finding me by my gate to check whether I had a Heathrow rewards number for the points. I will always recommend Lacoste in Terminal 4 heathrow and make an effort to purchase all of my odds and ends here when flying. Thanks, Dean

I bought a Lacoste socking pink T-shirt from the airport and am very disappointed as this T-shirt runs a lot of colour and would not have expected that to happen with Lacoste.
